New Dobroflot brand cans
New “Dobroflot” brand cans have appeared in our product portfolio. The cans are produced right at sea, on board the mother ship. However, the mother ship does not catch the fish, but processes the catch harvested by 5 smaller trawlers fishing around. The captain is the head of the ship and his fishing success is based on his sonar readings and, as always, his professional spirit.
After successful fishing, the trawler rushes to the floating base to reload the catch and go fishing again. The fish is “poured” in small batches to avoid wrinkling. From the receiving funnel, the fish is introduced to the factory in portions. After sorting, the fish is cut: the head and tail are separated, the fish is gutted.
The factory located directly on the ship is a highly efficient production facility with no waste. Fish oil and fishmeal are produced from heads, tails and small fish. The waste product is a valuable source of protein for the poultry industry.
“Dobroflot” cans do not contain artificial preservatives, dyes and additives

Each can contains fish to the top of the jar. Any deviation from the weight is strictly checked and excluded from the production process. Towards the end, salt and spices are added to the jars: bay leaves and black pepper. The boxes are sealed with a lid under vacuum and sent for sterilization in a special autoclave. The closed jars are placed in the autoclave and sterilized for 55 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees.
